Cupon Terms:

• To grant permission for WEO and MCI to use your likeness in a photograph or video in any and all of its publications and presentations, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration.

Registration and/or admittance to the Event shall be limited solely to participants who are 18 years of age or older, due to current health and safety regulations and legislation in effect. Any registration by anyone who is under 18 is unauthorized and in violation of these Terms and Conditions and will automatically result in the forfeit of their registration. You hereby accept that identification is to be provided to Event organiser upon request. By registering to the event or entering the event you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you agree to and to abide by all of the Terms and Conditions of this event.

As a registered attendee of the event, you agree:

• To grant permission for WEO and MCI to use your likeness in a photograph or video in any and all of its publications and presentations, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration.
• To authorize WEO and MCI to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the photograph or video for purposes of publicizing WEO‘s programs or for any other lawful purpose.
• To waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein your likeness appears.
• That these materials will become the property of WEO and MCI.
• 15 % Service tax is included in the total amount
• The host shall not be liable towards participant for any damage, unless it is based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of contract by host.
• The host reserves the right to refuse service/terminate this without notice, in case of inappropriate behaviour or sickness of the participant.
• Liability of participant: the participant shall be liable for all damages that he causes.
• All disputes are subject to Hyderabad, India jurisdiction only. Cancellation policy:
• Refund policy differs with event to event. Refund for a particular event will be mentioned in corresponding event registration guidelines
